I have been interested in nutrition for over 30 years. My path always led me
back to the Health and Wellness field. In Hawaii, I led exercise classes on the
beach, and worked for, and studied under, Dr. Paul Bragg, world-famous
Naturopath and “Life Extension Specialist”. I received a scholarship for
Naturopath training at that time, and you will see my Certificate on this
website (my maiden name was Diana Eckstadt). I am not a practicing Naturopath,
but I want you to see this, so you know that my interest in natural remedies has
continued with me for many years!
